Meet Our Executive Team

Andrew W. Cunningham, CIC & President

As President, Chairman of the Board and founder, Drew is responsible for the direction and philosophy of the Centurion Insurance Group.  In addition to his thirty two years as an insurance broker, his background as the founder of a computer leasing company, former Human Resources Director of a 2,500 employee group, and Vice President of an aerospace/food conglomerate, provides him with unique insight into the needs and exposures of high profile businesses and their executives.  His concentration is on large commercial lines, while serving as a consultant to Centurion’s industrial and institutional clientele.

Drew is a past president of the Hanover Rotary Club, the Montshire Museum’s board of overseers, and the Board of Advisors of Anthem Blue Cross.  Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Friends of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD), and as a trustee for both the Montshire Museum and New Hampshire Community Technical College Foundation.  Previously a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy, he serves as a U.S. Naval Academy Information Officer.

Drew attended Hanover High School in Hanover, New Hampshire, and attended Dartmouth College and Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. His graduate studies encompass finance at UCLA and law at the U.S. Naval School of Justice.  Drew has three daughters and lives in Etna, New Hampshire with his wife.

Joseph F. Bonasera, QPA & Vice President

Joe has thirty six years of experience in the employee benefits industry.  He is a registered representative of the National Association of Securities Dealers, a Qualified Plan Administrator with ASPPA, and a Registered Investment Advisor.

Joe is also the President of Summit Financial Corporation and is responsible for the Pension Division of Centurion.  Joe graduated with a BA from Bowdoin College, earned his MBA from Northeastern University, and his MST from Bentley College.   He is very active in community affairs, and lives in Winchester, Massachusetts with his wife.

John J. Casey, Jr., CIC & Vice President

Jack possesses more than 40 years of experience in all three corners of the insurance business – as an agent/broker, underwriter with an international insurer, and casualty insurance examiner for the New Hampshire Department of Insurance.

Jack brings balance and insight to matching client needs to stable carriers, and is a problem solver for people who have assets to protect.  He determines exposures and potential unforeseen events, negotiates to obtain valuable coverages and competitive premiums, and develops multiple options for his clients to review.

Jack is a past director of the Professional Insurance Agents of New Hampshire and the New England Alliance of Insurance Agents’ Association.  He was appointed by the New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner to the Department’s License Examination Review Committee and as the agent representative to the New Hampshire Workers’ Compensation Insurance Plan.  He has an extensive history of community service, including as past member and chair of the Marlow School District Board, Moderator for the Town of Marlow, and Chairman of the Marlow’s Zoning Board of Appeal.  A talented writer and music aficionado, Jack makes his home with his family in Marlow, New Hampshire.

Lucinda A. M. Taylor, Vice President

Cindi joined Centurion in 1996 and has served in Centurion’s Personal, Commercial and Excess & Special Risks divisions. She now serves as Centurion’s Vice President and oversees sales and marketing efforts.

Cindi is a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, where she earned a BA Degree in Government.  She is also a graduate of the intensive Advanced Insurance Program at the Hartford School of Insurance, and has earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation as well as her Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Cindi serves on the Board of Governors for Leadership Upper Valley, as well as the Friends of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth (CHaD) Board of Directors. She is an avid horse enthusiast and resides with her family in Meriden, New Hampshire.
