Centurion’s commitment to professional service is evident in our rigorous staff selection, education, and training requirements. After successfully completing Centurions state licensing program, all Account Executives and Account Managers are enrolled in The Hartford School of Insurance’s education and certification sessions, and the highly regarded Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) or Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) designation series.
Centurions staff is divided into Commercial and Personal Account Teams, consisting of an Account Executive and/or an Account Manager. Each client is assigned a primary and secondary Commercial or Personal Account Team. Should you have a question or a claim, both teams are available to assist you. On the rare occasion either team is not available, we encourage you to request one of our other Account Executives.
Centurion also convenes an independent board of directors to assist and guide our management team; an approach unique to the private insurance brokerage field. We feel this methodology, combined with our staff training and team model, provides us with a healthy balance of classroom training and “real world” exposure necessary to provide you with comprehensive, knowledgeable counsel and service.
